NOW there is a trick out there but you need to careful. It’s more the plan C. SJW is normally recommended at two doses a day. You can take herbal supplements in the morning and ONLY at night take a Benadryl. The otc bendryl is an antihistamine that makes you really really drowsy. No drinking no driving etc. Bendryl is not meant to be used as an antidepressant BUT the core chemical diphenhydramine is what ssri meds like fluoxetine (Prozac) originated.

    • Exercise when depressed your brain lacks certain neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, and a few others. When you exercise these chemicals are released along with endorphins. This is the body's natural pain killer and what causes "runner's high". Dopamine is the chemical related to pleasure and serotonin is the chemical which helps you to sleep. Getting yourself on a regular exercise regimen about 20 minutes a day could really help. It doesn't even have to be anything extensive. Simply taking a walk would work.

Finally; ROUTINES 
Work out a schedule for yourself. I find this will alleviate a lot of your stress and anxiety, include your morning routines, exercises, etc. Be sure to add in some fun time for yourself. Trying to stick to your schedule will help take your mind off things that bother you. Good luck!
